Kate helps clients maximise their potential – whether it be an experienced senior executive or a future leader.  Most of her experience has been in managing career transitions, developing high potential talent and effective leadership skills in multinational organisations (corporates, financial  institutions and international law firms) across UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa.

Kate’s style is non-directive using active listening skills with an emphasis on leveraging natural strengths and, where appropriate, using experiential learning as a methodology to develop skills.  She discusses potential strategies to use and, where necessary, refine and adapt on the strategies until her client has the knowledge and confidence in their ability to succeed in their goal.

Having worked in the financial sector as a senior executive for over 16 years in Asia and the UK, Kate understands the complexity of working in a large organisation and works with her clients to stimulate, motivate and facilitate their growth, development and performance.

Kate is a graduate of Meyler Campbell’s Mastered (Executive Coaching) and Unlimited (Team Coaching) Programmes, comprehensive business coaching courses accredited by the Association of Coaching.  She is also certified in the use of Hogan Assessments (HPI, MVPI and HDS), MBTI (Step I & II) and CliftonStrengths and a member of the Association of Coaching.
