I help clients maximise their potential – whether it be an experienced senior executive or a future leader. Most of my experience has been in managing career transitions, developing high potential talent and effective leadership skills in multinational organisations (corporates, financial institutions and international law firms) across UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa.
My style is non-directive using active listening skills with an emphasis on leveraging natural strengths and, where appropriate, using experiential learning as a methodology to develop skills. I discuss potential strategies to use and, where necessary, refine and adapt on the strategies until my client has the knowledge and confidence in their ability to succeed in their goal.
Having worked in the financial sector as a senior executive for over 16 years in Asia and the UK, I understand the complexity of working in a large organisation and work with my clients to stimulate, motivate and facilitate their growth, development and performance.
I am a graduate of Meyler Campbell’s Mastered Programme, a comprehensive business coaching course accredited by the Association of Coaching. I am also a certified in the use of Hogan Assessments (HPI, MVPI and HDS), MBTI and CliftonStrengths and a member of the Association of Coaching.
