Kate is an executive coach for leaders and their teams.  She works with senior executives to increase their impact and with teams to determine how they can work together effectively.

Her underlying belief as a coach – for individuals and teams – is that, by providing the right environment to think with clarity of purpose, her clients have the capacity to develop solutions that work for them and be motivated to implement them.

Kate specialises in leadership transition to ensure they accelerate their integration and success in their new role, and in improving leadership skills.

Kate also runs leadership development programmes for large multinationals, often using Action Learning as a methodology to help aspiring leaders to test out and develop their leadership skills in a real-life environment by working on key strategic business projects.  This programme also provides an opportunity to practise and develop critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and commercial skills.

Alongside her part time role at Pinsent Masons LLP as an in-house coach, her clients include professional services, international law firms, commercial and investment banks, asset managers, wealth managers, and multinational corporations.  She also provides pro-bono coaching to select charities and is a supervisor to other coaches.

She is a graduate of Meyler Campbell’s Mastered (executive coaching) and their Unlimited (teams coaching) programmes, accredited by the Association of Coaching.  She is certified in the use of Hogan Assessments (HDS, HPI and MVPI) and MBTI (Step 1 & 2) and is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.  Kate is a member of The Association of Coaching, has regular supervision and significant CPD activity.

Previously, Kate worked as a senior executive for two American banks (JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America Merrill Lynch) for over 16 years in Asia and UK with regional and international roles in sales, product management and international strategy.  I also worked for 6 ½ years as a Trustee and Director of Donor Partnerships for a charity with projects in Africa.
